Regina/Damian
The couple behind partneR/D

When we moved here, we met person after person who had built a full life but was searching for a partner. Some divorced, some widowed, some never married, all asking the same question: would they ever find someone worth sharing their life with?

What they wanted was simple: someone who actually knew them, who applied real judgment, and who cared about the outcome.

So we created partneR/D.

Between us we spent over four decades in corporate, Regina as a Chief People Officer and Damian as a Chief Financial Officer. We built careers on understanding people with precision. We have interviewed, assessed, and made high-stakes calls about hundreds of people under real pressure.

We apply that same rigor here, to the most personal decision you will make.

We understand what it means to find the right person after challenging roads. When you sit across from us, you are working with two people rooted in this community, sharpened by decades of professional judgment, and personally invested in what happens next - for you.

Damian spent more than 30 years in finance across multiple industries, beginning his career in public accounting at KPMG, advancing through progressive leadership roles at AstraZeneca, and serving as Chief Financial Officer at companies including Teligent, Phibro Animal Health and TerraCycle. He holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State and an MBA from the University of Delaware.

Damian built a career on earning trust. As a Finance leader, he assessed the full picture clearly, asked the questions others avoided, and gave boards, investors, and senior executives the accurate read they needed, not the comfortable one.

He brings that same discipline to partneR/D: honest judgment and an instinct for chemistry that has proven itself repeatedly in ways that are harder to explain but impossible to dismiss.

Like many of the people he works with, Damian has navigated his own share of challenging roads, including a previous marriage that gave him two daughters he is enormously proud of. He understands this terrain from the inside. He lives in Cave Creek with Regina. She is his wife, his co-founder, and the right introduction that changed everything.

Regina spent twenty-five years in Human Resources at companies including Johnson & Johnson and Paramount, with senior roles as Chief Talent Officer at dentsu and, ultimately, Chief People Officer at Meow Wolf. Her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology gave her the education while working across industries, cultures, and complexity gave her the experience.

At her most senior levels, the job was never about policy. It was about understanding people with precision. She built and led teams. She coached executives through transitions. She learned, conversation by conversation, how to see someone clearly.

She brings all of that to partneR/D. When you sit down with Regina, she is not sizing up your accomplishments. She is getting to know who you actually are.

Regina knows difficult roads, including a previous marriage, and understands firsthand what it takes to start over. She and Damian made a deliberate choice to begin their third chapter in Cave Creek in 2024, after she spent a lifetime in New Jersey. She understands what it means to leave behind what is known for something that finally fits who she has become. If that sounds familiar, you are exactly who we built this for.
